To Open an Existing Local Copy of a Central File for Editing

  1. Do one of the following:

    Click the Open Local Project button on the ProjectWise panel of the Bentley ribbon tab.

    or

    From the Application menu, then select Open.

  2. Log in to ProjectWise if prompted.
  3. When the Open Document dialog opens, click Open from Disk.
  4. In Revit's Open dialog, select the local copy and click Open.
